Who is responsible
This site belongs to Paul Burg. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
The request forms
When you send a form, the fields you filled in (name, company or website, your task, the way to contact you, and the answers you chose) are sent to Paul's private Telegram chat through a Telegram bot. They are not stored in a database on this site.
The AI assistant
The chat in the corner of the page is an AI assistant, not a person. Your messages are processed by Anthropic, the provider of the AI model, to write the replies. Anthropic acts as a processor for this site and does not use these messages to train its models. By Anthropic's policy, API inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days, and kept longer only where needed to enforce its usage policy or by law.
The conversation (your messages and the replies, the page where you opened the chat, the interface language and, if the link carried them, the campaign tags) is stored for 90 days in a database at Upstash, then deleted automatically. Your IP address is not stored with it.
To limit abuse, the site counts messages per visitor using a one-way code made from the IP address and the date. The code cannot be turned back into the address, changes every day, and the counters are deleted within a day.
When you ask the assistant to pass your request to Paul, the details you gave and a short summary of the conversation are sent to Paul's private Telegram chat, as with the form.
Your browser keeps a copy of the conversation (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes it.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and events such as opening the chat or sending a request. The text of your messages is never sent to analytics.
Deleting your data
Write to [email protected] and say which conversation or request it is (the date and the contact you left are enough). The stored conversation is deleted, and on request the message in Paul's Telegram chat as well.
